Below is our 2025 Tentative Schedule. It is subject to change. Please check back as we get closer to the retreat for any updates.

FRIDAY, May 23rd: 

• 4:00-8:00pm:  Registration/camp tour on the hour/check-into rooms
• 6:00-7:00pm: Dinner
• 7:30pm: Worship and welcome
• 8:00-10:00pm: Session 1 - Keynote Speaker
• 10:00pm: Snacks and fellowship in the Teakettle Cafeteria and Glacier Lodge Lobby 
• Campfire - weather permitting

SATURDAY, May 24th

• 7:30-8:00am: Walk or devotions
• 8:00-9:00am: Breakfast
• 9:15-9:45 am: Worship and welcome
• 10:00-11:50am: Session 2 - Keynote Speaker
• 12:00-1:00pm: Lunch
• 1:00-6:00pm: Free-time/Glacier Park Excursions
• 6:00-7:00pm: Dinner
• 7:30-9:30pm:  Special Event & Singles Mingle
• 9:30pm: Snacks and fellowship in the Teakettle Cafeteria and Glacier Lodge Lobby  

SUNDAY, May 25th           

• 7:30-8:00am: Walk or devotions
• 8:00-9:00am:  Breakfast
• 9:30-10:00am: Worship
• ​10:00-11:30am: Session 3 - Keynote Speaker, includes communion
• 12:00-1:00pm: Lunch
• ​1:00-6:00pm:  Free-time/ Glacier Park Excusions
• ​5:00-6:00pm: Tentative Workshop (weather depending)
• 6:00-7:00pm: Dinner
• 7:30-8:00pm: Worship
• 8:00-10:00 pm: Closing Session/Testimonials
• 10:00pm: Snacks and fellowship in the Teakettle Cafeteria; Campfire (weather permitting)
• Snacks & Fellowship after in cafeteria; Campfire - Weather Permitting 

MONDAY, May 26th           

• 8:00-9:00am: Breakfast
• 9:00-11:00am: Pack up
  TURN IN YOUR KEY BEFORE LEAVING! 
  (You will be billed $20 for any key not turned in)
• Place garage from your room in the bins provided.
• 11:00am: Camp Closed. Plan to be out of your room by 11am. Drive safe and thank you for joining us!!!
