COST: $175.00 per person (save up to $50 by registering early!)
Registration fee includes standard lodging (3 per room), meals and other related event fees (speaker, administration costs, etc.). Cost is based on per person and most accommodations are shared unless attendee chooses to upgrade to a private room. Retreat costs vary based on accommodation selection and availability.

STANDARD LODGING in Teakettle or Midway Lodges is included with retreat registration fee. Shared room with up to 3 guests per room (2 sets of bunks, 1 queen) with shared bathrooms down the hall. Bedding, pillows and towels are not provided.
STANDARD LODGING OPTIONS for Teakettle or Midway:
If you desire to have fewer people in your room you may choose the OPTION on your registration form that best suits your needs. Please note that with more than 3 attendees in a room, someone will be required to sleep on an upper bunk or share a queen bed. All attendee in a room with reduced occupancy must pay the OPTION fee.
PREMIUM LODGING in Glacier Mountain Lodge + $200 accommodates up to 4 guests per room (2 queen beds) with private bathrooms. The room is an additional fee of $200 for all 3 nights. You may share your room and split the cost privately but the Glacier Lodge must be reserved and paid in full by one guest. If you have invited others to share your room they can indicate on the registration form that they are upgraded to a room in Glacier Mountain Lodge paid by another attended. These rooms are only secured when paid in full and are available on a first-come, first served basis. You may bring your own bedding or for an additional $10/bed bedding can be provided. You need to provide your own towels.
MEALS: The Camp Staff will be preparing eight delicious meals during the weekend and they are included in the retreat registration fee. Dinner is served from 6:00 to 7:00 PM on Friday night. Plan to arrive prior to that time as late arrival meals will not be available. Also, please note on your registration if you have any dietary restrictions and the camp cooks will try their best to accommodate your request.
ADDITIONAL COSTS: Excursions outside of camp are not included in registration fee -- plan accordingly. Our leadership team is planning exciting off-site activities in the surrounding areas for our two days of free time. If you carpool to an excursion, please plan to offer the driver money for gas and be prepared for any other fees associated with the excursion; i.e. park fees, admittance fees, etc. The speaker may also have materials available for purchase and we may take up an additional love offering at our service.
SPECIAL NEEDS? If you have special needs, please indicate these on the registration form We will do all we can to accommodate special needs, however, under some circumstances we may not be able to comply. We will contact you if we feel there will be any problems with meeting your request.
WHAT TO BRING? Be sure to bring your own bedding and/or sleeping bag, pillow and towels, personal items, toiletries, blow dryer, etc. Warm or layered clothing (temps can dip and it can also be rainy), hiking gear (if going to Glacier); Flashlight camera, board games, bible & notebook. Sporting equipment for recreation; i.e. bike/helmet, basketballs, volleyballs, (basketball courts are available); Musical Instruments welcomed as well. Bring cookies & snacks to share.

Full refunds will be issued up until 4/30/18; LESS a $20 cancellation fee. Registrations are fully transferable to another attendee up until the day the retreat starts. Please notify us of any such changes.
