Glacier Bible Camp offers a variety of accommodations, ranging from rustic to modern facilities. Several tent and RV sites are available as well. Premium rooms at Glacier Mountain Lodge are limited, so you'll want to get your request in early, as these rooms will sell out quickly!
We are expecting singles from Montana, Idaho, South Dakota, Washington, and Canada to join us- as well as singles from North Carolina and California; some are returning for a fun reunion of friends, and others are joining us for the first time!

REGISTRATION:
COST: $175.00 per person (registering early & save!) Registration fees include standard lodging (3 per room), meals, and other related event fees (speaker, administration costs, etc.). Cost is based on per person, and most accommodations are shared unless the attendee chooses to upgrade to a private room. Retreat costs vary based on accommodation selection and availability.. EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION DISCOUNTS:
NOTE: Online registration will be available until May 19th. Late registrations are discouraged, but we will try to accommodate anyone who desires to come. You must call after May 17th if you want to attend to verify availability. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE *: Please let us know if the retreat cost is a burden. While funds are limited, we want to see as many people blessed as possible. Please contact us to discuss your situation. (*scholarships as funds are available) ACCOMMODATIONS: (all prices US dollar) Standard and Premium lodging options are offered, based on availability. Shared room with up to 3 guests per room (2 sets of bunks, one queen) with shared bathrooms down the hall. Bedding, pillows, and towels are not provided. Also, note that these beds tend to be FIRM - bring padding if you desire a softer mattress. STANDARD LODGING OPTIONS for Teakettle or Midway: If you desire fewer people in your room, you may choose the OPTION on your registration form that best suits your needs. Please note that with more than three attendees in a room, someone must sleep on an upper bunk or share a queen bed. All attendees in a room with reduced occupancy must pay the OPTION fee.
SOLD OUT! PREMIUM LODGING: Glacier Mountain Lodge ADD $210 Accommodates up to 4 guests per room (2 queen beds) with private bathrooms. The room is an additional fee of $210 for the three nights. You may share your room and split the cost privately, but one guest must reserve and pay the Glacier Lodge in full. If you have invited others to share your room, they can indicate on the registration form that they are upgraded to a room in Glacier Mountain Lodge, paid for by another attendee. These rooms are LIMITED, only secured when paid in full, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. You may bring your bedding and linens, or for an additional $12/bed, bedding & towels can be provided (reserved in advance or paid in cash at registration). Towels and bedding are not included in the upgrade fee of $210. |
MEALS: The Camp Staff will prepare eight delicious meals during the weekend, which are included in the retreat registration fee. Dinner is served from 6:00 to 7:00 PM on Friday. Plan to arrive before that time as late arrival meals will not be available. Also, please note on your registration if you have any dietary restrictions, and the camp cooks will try their best to accommodate your request.
ADDITIONAL COSTS: Excursions outside of camp are not included in the registration fee -- plan accordingly. Our leadership team is planning exciting off-site activities for our two days of free time in the surrounding areas. If you carpool to an excursion, please plan to offer the driver money for gas and be prepared for any other fees associated with the excursion, i.e., park fees, admittance fees, etc. The speaker may also have materials for purchase, and we may take up an additional love offering at our service. SPECIAL NEEDS? If you have special needs, please indicate them on the registration form or contact us directly. We will do all we can to accommodate your requests; however, under some circumstances, we may be unable to comply. We will contact you if we have any problems with fulfilling your request. WHAT TO BRING? Be sure to bring your bedding and/or sleeping bag, pillow and towels, personal items, toiletries, blow dryer, etc. Warm or layered clothing (temps can dip, and it can also be rainy), hiking gear (if going to Glacier), Flashlight camera, board games, bible and notebook. Sporting equipment for recreation, i.e., bike/helmet, basketballs, volleyballs (basketball courts are available); Musical Instruments are also welcome. Bring cookies and snacks to share. Canadian Singles: Please verify border crossing requirements. Registration costs are in US dollars. AIRPORT/FLIGHT INFORMATION: You have a few choices if you require airline transportation. You may fly to GEG Spokane, WA, about a four 1/2-hour drive. MSO Missoula, MT, which is about a 2 1/2 hour drive, or the closest airport is Glacier International Airport, Kalispell, MT (approx. 30 minutes away). We are happy to attempt to arrange a carpool with other attendees from Missoula or Spokane (not guaranteed) and can also arrange for pickup at the Kalispell Airport. Please let us know your needs in advance, and we will do our best to assist you. CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full refunds will be issued until 5/10/2024, LESS a $20 cancellation fee. Registrations are fully transferable to another attendee up until the day the retreat starts. Please notify us of any such changes. You may also opt to donate your registration to help offset ministry expenses.
